Menu experiences

Choose from one of the sessions below. Each session will last up to four hours and we can accomodate up to 4 guests for each session. The format will be a demonstration of starter and mains with the opportunity to taste or takeaway the meals produced together with a drink and traditional nibbles. Rather than slavishly following a recipe the emphasis is on learning to cook and so you will be able to create food that reflects your preferences and preferred ingredients.
